Middle seat! Eleven and a half hours in the air! Score!

12 o'clock, June 10, 2006

Not convinced, eh?

Me neither.

Update: There’s a young guy here in the departure lounge with a rock festival T-shirt and a big glass of beer. Because that’s what you drink at 9:30 in the morning, I guess.

I can’t tell if that would be a good idea or a really bad idea.

Comments

It's a bad idea. At 9:30 AM in an airport departure lounge, you need to be drinking a big screwdriver or a big bloody mary or a big whatever with cranberry juice. It's breakfast, man. It needs to be taken seriously.

Getting drunk enough to fall asleep on the plane is a fine idea if you have an aisle seat.

Otherwise it's gonna really suck when you wake up and need to run to the bathroom.
