It stretches my Spanish to the limit, too (and then snaps it). The most entertaining part that I can make out is an indictment of Chilean ovnílogos for chauvinismo ufológico — claims that Chile has somehow been singled out for special attention by los extraterrestres — el favorito de los OVNIs, un país privilegiado por las visitas. Some day I’ll have to buy me a flying saucer and check out some of its many lugares de aterrizaje.
