Out of it

10 o'clock, July 23, 2003

I took a friend to the airport today, and now I keep forgetting it’s not me who’s going to be out of town for a week. I don’t know if that’s wishful thinking, or a “boundaries” problem, or what.

Roughly four weeks till TorCon. I don’t suppose I’ll come back rested in any way, but it’s still something to look forward to.

And at least I’m fairly sure that one is me.

Are you sure it's not me? Because I don't think I'm going to TorCon, but I sure would like to, and would be very happy if it turned out that all the planning, etc that someone else had done turned out to be for my trip after all.

Well, I hope I figure it out before I get to the airport, because the TSA gets really snippy about that sort of thing.

(Sorry to hear that one or the other of us won’t make it, though.)

Ya know, if you'd drive to Vancouver and fly from there, the TSA wouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, but the point is that the arrangements have already been made, and the arrangments are from Seattle via Cincinnati. :)
